How to track my order
Once shipped, you can follow the progress of your order via the “Order Tracking” page.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse for the best value for money. This saves on costs and CO2 emissions. Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery time is on average 7 to 15 days.
Can I change the delivery address?
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards.
All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
Order marked as delivered but not received?
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors first.
If five business days have passed since your package has been marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please
contact us.
What are the delivery costs?
We cover the shipping costs of your order. Delivery is always free.
Order tracking does not display any information, how is this possible?
From the moment your package is delivered to the postal company, tracking information is available. Please note that sometimes it may take some time before information is available.
Are payments secure?
On our website, all payment options are encrypted and guaranteed in accordance with current regulations. This means your payment is always safe with us.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Ensure that products are in their original condition and have labels. The product must not contain traces of use.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account in 14 days depending on your bank.
